1. Cotton fabric: The commonly used desizing methods include enzyme desizing, alkali desizing, oxidant desizing, and acid desizing.
2. Adhesive fabric: Resizing is a key pre-treatment for adhesive fabric. Adhesive fabric is usually coated with starch slurry, so BF7658 amylase is often used for desizing. The desizing process is the same as cotton fabric.
3. Tencel: Tencel itself has no impurities, and during the weaving process, a slurry mainly composed of starch or modified starch is applied. Enzyme or alkaline oxygen one bath method can be used to remove the slurry.
4. Soy protein fiber fabric: using amylase for desizing
5. Polyester fabric (desizing and refining): Polyester itself does not contain impurities, but there are a small amount (about 3% or less) of oligomers in the synthesis process, so it does not require strong pre-treatment like cotton fibers. Generally, desizing and refining are carried out in one bath to remove the oil agents added during fiber weaving, the pulp, coloring dyes added during weaving, and the travel notes and dust contaminated during transportation and storage.
6. Polyester cotton blended and interwoven fabrics: The sizing of polyester cotton fabrics often uses a mixture of PVA, starch, and CMC, and the desizing method is generally hot alkali desizing or oxidant desizing.
7. Elastic woven fabric containing spandex: During pre-treatment, the physical and chemical properties of spandex should be considered to minimize damage to the spandex and maintain the relative stability of the elastic fabric shape. The general method of desizing is enzymatic desizing (flat relaxation treatment).
